At VG Art, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and materials.
Non-Defective Returns
If the artwork has no quality issues but you wish to return it for personal reasons (such as change of mind), please note that:

Defective or Damaged Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with quality issues, please contact us immediately. After inspection and confirmation of the issue:

A full refund will be issued, including the original shipping fee.
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective item to help us process your request quickly.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return
Contact our customer support team at support@vgart.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
2. Shipping Your Return

For non-defective items, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

For defective or damaged items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Inspection
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
