Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email.

Shipment time is 3-5 business days. The total delivery time is 4–7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Non-Defective Returns

If the artwork has no quality issues but you wish to return it for personal reasons (such as change of mind), please note that:

• You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable duties or taxes. In most cases, no additional duties or taxes will apply.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with quality issues, please contact us immediately. After inspection and confirmation of the issue:

• We will cover the return shipping costs.
